Dormitory fees can be paid via bank transfer or making payment at convenient stores

(Note: The payment limit at convenient stores is NT$30,000.)

Deposit refund

The deposit will be refunded after the check out procedure. The refund will be wired into the bank account students registered. International students who do not have a registered bank account may ask for cash refund with a request form signed by the dormitory assistants.

Accommodation Charge: the following rates are for one semester. 

* NT$1,000 of deposit is required and will be refund after the check out procedure.

** Air-conditioning fee: users pay for extra usages by purchasing store value cards.

Dormitory rooms for undergraduates

The school has four dormitory buildings: Da Zhuang (mainly for freshmen and sophomore) and Da Lun (for junior and senior) for male students. Da Ya (mainly for freshmen and sophomore) and Da Ci (for junior and senior) are for female students.

Application for accommodation: August of each academic year.

Renewal: April of each academic year. (Updated information may be announced on school website. Contact: Ms. Chen, 02-28610511 # 12106.

The management staffs will arrange rooms and beds as needed.

Off campus accommodation

For students who prefer to find their accommodation off campus, the school suggests that student should sign a formal rental agreement with the property owner to protect their own rights and avoid problems.
