To accommodate the COVID-19 confirmed students and their close contacts, the school dormitory rooms have been readjusted. Dorm residents have been informed by the Students Affairs Department. Details are as follows:

Da Ya Building

1. Students from Mainland China will stay at rooms on the fourth floor.

a) Students from Mainland China who are staying on the fourth floor do not need to move in principle.

b) Students are currently staying at other floors should move to the fourth floor. Roommates will stay at the same room on the fourth floor if applicable.

c) Students may be assigned to vacant beds on the fourth floor if the number of rooms are insufficient.

2. International students will stay at rooms on the fifth floor.

a) International students who are staying on the fifth floor do not need to move in principle.

b) Students are currently staying at other floors should move to the fifth floor. Roommates will stay at the same room on the fifth floor if applicable.

c) Students may be assigned to vacant beds on the fifth floor if the number of rooms are insufficient.

3. Rooms on the seventh floor are reserved for Overseas Youth Vocational Training Program students. Students will be assisted to move in by the teaching assistant.

4. Local students who have applied to extend their accommodation could move into assigned rooms but have to move out before June 20^th.

Da Lun Building

1. International students will stay at rooms on the 2^nd and 3^rd floor.

a) International students who are currently staying at rooms on the 2^nd and 3^rd floor do not need to move in principle.

b) Students are currently staying at other floors should move to the 2^nd and 3^rd floor. Roommates will stay at the same room if applicable.

c) Students may be assigned to vacant beds on the 2^nd and 3^rd floor if the number of rooms are insufficient.

2. Rooms on the fifth floor are reserved for Overseas Youth Vocational Training Program students. Students will be assisted to move by the teaching assistant.

3. Local students who have applied to extend their accommodation could move into assigned rooms but have to move out before June 20^th.

Da Zhuang Building

1. International students who are graduating could move to the rooms on the first floor but must move out before June 20^th.

2. International students who have applied to stay in the summer vacation period and next semester need to move to Da Lun Building before noon on May 31^st according to the dormitory guidelines.

3. Local students who have applied to extend their accommodation could move into assigned rooms in the Da Lun Building before noon on May 31^st, and have to move out before June 20^th.

Da Ci Builidng

Local residents who apply to extend their accommodation need to move into assigned rooms in Da Ya Building before noon on May 31^st and have to move out before June 20^th.

Notice

1. During the move, residents of the Da Ya and Da Lun Building could provide a name list of the residents who want to share the same room and move in together. Room and bed exchanges will be accepted before July 15^th. Vacant beds will be assigned by the school later.

2. Room or bed exchanges within the rooms in Da Ya and Da Lun Building will be accepted before June 20^th.

3. In order to avoid relocations again in the new semester, the international students who have adjusted their rooms will use them as the dormitory for the fall semester.

4. Starting from June 1^st, rooms in designated area of the Da Zhuang Building will be reserved for students who are COVID-19 confirmed. Rooms on the second floor of Da Ya Building and the fourth floor of Da Lun Building are reserved for students who undertake quarantine. The relevant guidelines are implemented according to the government policy and school regulations.
