因應本校最新疫情變化及教育部防疫指引,王淑音校長今(4/30)日晚間8時再次召開防疫專責小組會議,並做成重要決議如下:
一、因本校受疫情影響班級數已逾1/3,依照教育部暫停實體課程實施標準規定,自5/1至5/8實施全遠距教學一週。亦即,之前已採遠距教學課程仍持續遠距教學至5/22、採實體授課課程則自5/1至5/8改採遠距授課。
二、實習、實驗及排演課程等課程或班級,若有特殊需求,可於取得師生共識後,向教務處申請核定上課方式。(以上詳請參閱教務處公告,連結:https://ap2.pccu.edu.tw/pccupost/post/content.asp?Num=2022421181058393)
三、因疫情嚴重以致學校對住宿生自主隔離需求房間遽增,為保護全體住宿生的健康與安全,防疫專責小組會議決議自即日起,授權學校相關單位彈性調配住宿生房間或床位,尚請接獲調整通知的住宿生體諒及配合。
四、住宿生違反防疫規範且情節重大者,將立即予以退宿處分,並送獎懲委員會議處,請住宿生務必遵守相關規定。
五、需隔離住宿生的餐費,自即日起改為自行負擔;住宿費部分,因隔離原因、可能入住場所等的不同,詳細須負擔費用將於入住時告知。
In response to the current COVID-19 situation and the policy of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Acting President Wang of CCU convened the administration meeting on April 30, which passed the following resolutions:
- Since one third of all the classes have been switched to remote instruction due to the increase in confirmed cases, the school will suspend all in-person classes and continue remote instruction for all classes till May 8. This decision was made in accordance with the guideline from the Ministry of Education. The classes that have been switched remote instruction will continue to May 22.
- For laboratory and field courses, teachers could apply to the Office of Academic Affairs for different mode of instruction with the agreement of students. (https://ap2.pccu.edu.tw/pccupost/post/content.asp?Num=2022421181058393)
- Due to the higher demand of dormitory rooms for quarantine, the CCU Pandemic Prevention Response Team authorizes the school staff to rearrange the dormitory rooms and beds. Dormitory residents please follow the instruction for helping the school to ensure the safety and health of all the residents.
- The residents who do not follow the instruction may be evacuated and lose the future rights to stay at the dormitory rooms.
- From now on, students who are in quarantine need to pay for their meals. Fees for the room may vary depending on the days and location. Students who need to move into the room for quarantine will be informed before moving.
