The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that the COVID-19 government-funded vaccination appointment system is opening to those who are legally staying in Taiwan but without a National Health Insurance Card for registration of willingness to get vaccinated.
1. Foreign students could register with the residence certificate and passport number.
2. Students from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao register with the certificate number and entry permit number.
3. Foreign nationals without a registered household could register with the certificate number+ entry/exit permit number; or certificate number and entry letter number.

Please be aware that this registration is not an appointment – it means you are in the queue.  The 1922 Hotline will send a text notification to those who are qualified to receive a vaccine shot.
