第一條 Objective

為促進本校國際化，鼓勵優秀僑外學生於國際專修部研習華文、培養中文能力，以順利銜接至專業系所，訂定「中國文化大學國際專修部獎助學金辦法」(以下簡稱本辦法)。

Chinese Culture University established the following guidelines in an effort to encourage outstanding international students (including overseas Chinese students) to improve their Chinese language proficiency while undertaking the International Foundation Program so as to continue their academic studies.

第二條 申請資格 Eligibility

一、大一應符合下列條件：
(一) 期間行為表現無不良紀錄者。
(二) 就讀華語先修課程期間單月缺課時數不得超過12小時以上(因重大疾病或意外事故請假者，不在此限)。

二、大二及大三應符合下列條件：
(一) 前一學年學業平均須達70分以上，操行成績80分以上。
(二) 修讀正式學位第一年結束前，須通過華文能力TOCFL Level 3進階級(B1 級)以上，且行為表現無不良紀錄者。
(三) 當學期缺課狀況不得達全學期時數5分之1。

三、學生需每學期完成至少60小時之服務學習，於學期結束前將服務檢核表交給國際暨兩岸事務處，方可獲得下一學期住宿費減免。

1. Students should meet the following criteria by the time they enter college level:
(1) Students shall have no records of misbehaviors.
(2) Students have taken leaves of less than 12 hours per month during their studies at pre-college level (absences due to major diseases or accidents excluded).

2. Students should meet the following criteria for their second and/or third year of studies at college level:
(1) Students should achieve a GPA of 70 or above and a Student Conduct Grade of 80 or above from the previous academic year.
(2) Students must pass the TOCFL level 3 (B1). Such students shall have no records of misbehaviors.
(3) The total hours of absence must not exceed one-fifth of the total course hours in each semester.

3. Recipients of the scholarship must provide 60 hours of service to the school. Records of service must be made and sent to the Office of International and Mainland China Affairs to get housing fee waivers for the following semester.

第三條 補助方式 Scholarship Description

一、華語專修生通過華語文能力測試，且期間行為表現無不良紀錄者，完成大學部註冊後：
(一) 通過華語文能力測試TOCFL Level 2基礎級(A2級)，可獲得獎勵金新台幣2萬元整。
(二) 通過華語文能力測試TOCFL Level 3進階級(B1級)，可獲得獎勵金新台幣3萬元整。
(三) 以上獎勵金擇一發給，不得重複申請。
二、專修部華語學習結束並符合申請條件者，就讀大學期間，大一可獲30%學雜費減免，大二可獲30%學雜費減免，大三可獲20%學雜費減免。
三、華語先修期間及大一、大二期間(不含寒暑假)，可獲得校內基本住宿費減免。符合申請資格者，住宿費減免標準如下：
(一) 華語專修部校內基本住宿費減免。
(二) 自第二學期開始 ，完成服務時數者，方可獲得下一學期校內基本住宿費減免。

1. Students who pass the TOCFL test and have no record of misbehaviors during their studies at pre-college level may receive the following rewards upon completing college enrollment:
(1) Those who pass TOCFL Level 2 (A2) will receive an award of NT$20,000.
(2) Those who pass TOCFL Level 3 (B1) will receive an award of NT$30,000.
(3) Only one of the above awards may be granted. Repeated applications are not allowed.
2. Recipients who complete Chinese courses and enter college level could get 30% deduction of the tuition fees when studying for the first year, 30% deduction of the tuition fees when studying for the second year, and 20% deduction of the tuition fees when studying for the third year.
3. During studies at pre-college level and the first and second years of college level, students may receive a waiver for basic on-campus housing fees (excluding winter and summer breaks). Eligible students may receive housing fee waivers according to the following guidelines:
(1) A waiver of basic on-campus housing fees for students at the pre-college level.
(2) Starting from the second semester, students must complete the required service hours to receive the basic on-campus housing fee waiver for the following semester.

第四條 審查程序 Application Review Procedures

每學期結束前，由國際暨兩岸事務處會同系所老師審查後，提出推薦獲獎學生及金額，簽請校長核定。

The Office of International and Mainland China Affairs will review the applications with professors in the relevant departments to decide the nominated recipients and the amount of money for the scholarships. The nominations must be approved by the President.

備註 Notes

一、114學年度第1學期及以前入學之學生，適用本辦法114年11月5日修正生效前之規定。
二、114學年度第2學期入學之學生，適用114年11月5日修正生效後之規定。

1. Enrollment in the Fall semester of 2025-26 academic year and earlier are subject to the regulations in effect prior to the amendment that took effect on November 5, 2025.
2. Enrollment in the Spring semester of 2025-26 Academic Year are subject to the regulations effective after the amendment on November 5, 2025.

第五條

本辦法經行政會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

The guidelines shall be approved by the President prior to implementation. Any amendments shall be processed accordingly.
