第一條 Objective

中國文化大學為營造多元友善之國際化校園，吸引優秀僑生、外國學生入學，並鼓勵本校境外生學長姐作為學伴協助輔導，以盡快融入校園學習生活，訂定中國文化大學境外生學伴獎學金辦法(以下簡稱本辦法)。

Chinese Culture University established the following guidelines to build up a friendly campus for international students and encourage currently enrolled international students to join the Buddy Program.

第二條 申請資格 Eligibility

本要點適用對象為本校在學之僑生或外籍學生（含國際專修部學生），需協助境外新生完成報名、經錄取且完成註冊者。境外新生不包含曾於本校就讀之學生。

第三條 補助方式 Scholarships and requirements

一、新生入學後，學伴應協助新生適應校園，並完成學伴輔導記錄表，經新生導師或系所師長確認後，在開學兩個月內將表格交於國際暨兩岸事務處，方可領取獎學金。

二、為保證輔導品質，每位學伴協助之新生不得超過5人。

三、若新生辦理休、退學，則不予核發學伴獎學金。

1. Students approved to be learning buddies need to complete records of assistance while assisting new international students to adapt to their campus life. The records must be checked and confirmed by the professors or advisors in the department before being submitted to the Office of International and Mainland China Affairs to claim the scholarship.

2. To ensure the quality of services provided, each student buddy could assist no more than five new international students.

3. If the new international student asks for suspension or drops out from school, the scholarship for learning buddy will not be awarded.

第四條 補助方式 Payment

學伴輔導一位新生，每學期可獲得學伴獎學金新臺幣伍仟元整。本校將於學期結束前發給學伴同學，共計核發兩學期。

第五條

本辦法經行政會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

The guidelines shall be approved by the President before implementation. Any amendments shall be processed accordingly.
