為加速國際化之腳步，鼓勵優秀外籍學生（不含港、澳、僑生）就讀全英語授課學位學程，另幫助經濟困難學生順利完成學業，設立此項獎學金。
申請資格：
新生：入學審查成績表現優異者。
在校生：前一學年學業成績表現優異，操行成績 80分以上，行為表現無不良紀錄者。研究所申請者須入學未逾兩年，無前一學年成績者不符合申請資格。
申請方式：
新生：應於申請入學時，同時於學校系統線上勾選獎、助學金，提出申請。
在校生：每年應依公告時間，向國際暨兩岸事務合作處提出申請。
補助方式與名額：
學士班：
獎學金：依申請總人數比例，前10%優秀學生獲得一學年學雜費全額抵免，接續30%獲學雜費半額抵免。
助學金：另10%學生獲一學年助學金，每學期新台幣 27,000 元整。獲助學金者，應提供服務, 並依本校工讀金標準完成規定時數。
研究所：
獎學金：依申請總人數比例，前20%優秀學生獲得一學年學雜費全額抵免。
助學金：另 20%學生獲一學年助學金，金額為每學期新台幣 31,500 元整。獲助學金者，應提供服務, 並依本校工讀金標準完成規定時數。
獎助學金不可重複領取。
實際補助名額，得視當年度各項經費收支情形及國際學生人數彈性調整。
審查程序：
由國際暨兩岸事務處召開審查委員會，委員由國際暨兩岸事務處國際長、 組長及本校專任老師組成。委員審查後提出獲獎學生及金額，簽請校長核定。
審查標準：
新生獎學金之審查依據入學時提供之英文檢定成績、成績單及各項優異表現等資料評選。助學金之審查除前揭成績外，另參酌申請人之經濟情況綜合評定。
在校生之獎學金，依據申請人前一學年之學業成績及優異表現綜合審查評定；助學金則另參酌申請人之經濟情況評定。
To encourage international students (overseas Chinese students, students from Hong Kong and Macau are not included) to study in the English Program, the School provides financial aids to students in need to pursue their studies
Eligibility
Incoming students: Applicants must be international students with outstanding academic achievement before coming to school.
Current students: Undergraduate applicants are required to have an excellent academic profile for the previous academic year, and scores over 80 for Student Conduct. Graduate school applicants need to provide the required GPA for the previous year studies in this school. Graduate school applicants who have studied in the school over two years are not qualified for the scholarship.
Application Procedure:
Incoming students: Students file the application via school online system when applying for admission.
Current Students: Students apply to the Office of International and Mainland Affairs as announced time every year.
Number of Scholarships and Payment
Undergraduate Students
Scholarships: 10% of the applicants could be awarded a scholarship and tuition waver for one year. 30% of the applicants could be granted for half of the tuition wavier.
Financial Aids: 10% of the applicants could be awarded NT$27,000 financial aid for one semester (totally NT$54,000 for one year), provided they complete the part time working hours for the school.
Graduate students
Scholarships: 20% of the applicants could be awarded a scholarship and tuition waver for one year.
Financial Aids: 20% of the applicants could be awarded NT$31,500 financial aid for one semester (totally NT$63,000 for one year), provided they complete the part time working hours for the school.
Each student could only apply for one scholarship or financial aid.
The number of scholarships depends on the number of students applying and School’s grant for the academic year.
Evaluation Procedure:
The Office holds an evaluation committee meeting. The committee is composed of the vice president, the director of the office, and two professors.
The meeting resolution will be submitted to the President for approval.
How applications are evaluated:
The committee evaluates applications of incoming and current students based on the documents provided by students. Academic performance will be the key factors. For financial aids, the committee will also consider the financial needs of the applicants.
