第一條 中國文化大學為營造多元友善之國際化校園，吸引優秀僑生、外國學生入學，並鼓勵本
校境外生學長姐作為學伴協助輔導，以盡快融入校園學習生活，訂定中國文化大學境外
生學伴獎學金辦法(以下簡稱本辦法)。 

第二條 申請資格 
本辦法適用對象為本校在學之僑生或外籍學生（含國際專修部學生），完成指定新生輔
導事項。境外新生不包含曾於本校就讀之學生。 

第三條 補助方式 
一、 學伴應協助新生適應校園，並完成學伴輔導記錄表，經新生導師或系所師長確認後，
在開學兩個月內將表格交於國際暨兩岸事務處，方可領取獎學金。 
二、 為保證輔導品質，每位學伴協助之新生不得超過10人。 
三、 若新生辦理休、退學，則不予核發學伴獎學金。 

第四條 補助方式 
一、 協助申請報名：學伴每輔導一位新生，完成線上報名、註冊入學，每學期可獲得學
伴獎學金新臺幣三千元整。 
二、 輔導新生入學：學伴須依照學校安排，協助新生完成註冊等指定輔導事項，可獲得
學伴獎學金新臺幣五千元整。 
三、 獎學金將於當學期結束前發給學伴同學。 

第五條 本辦法經行政會議通過後發布施行，修正時亦同.

Article 1: To create a diverse and friendly international campus, attract outstanding overseas Chinese students and international students, and encourage current international students to serve as buddies to help new students quickly integrate into campus life, Chinese Culture University has established the Chinese Culture University Buddy Scholarship Regulations (hereafter referred to as “these Regulations”).

Article 2: Eligibility
These Regulations apply to current overseas Chinese students and international students (including students in the International Foundation Program) who are enrolled at the university and have completed the required tasks. The term “new international student” does not include students who have previously studied at this university.

Article 3: Guidance Requirements
1. A buddy must help new students adapt to campus life and complete the buddy guidance log, which must be submitted to the Office of International and Mainland China Affairs after checked by the new student’s advisor or departmental faculty.
2. To ensure the quality of the service, each buddy may assist no more than 10 new students.
3. If a new student suspends or withdraws from the university, the buddy will not be awarded the scholarship.

Article 4: Scholarship Amounts
1. A buddy who helps one new student complete the online application and registration will receive a scholarship of NT$3,000 per semester.
2. A buddy who, as assigned by the office, helps new students complete registration and other necessary tasks will receive a scholarship of NT$5,000.
3. The scholarship will be issued before the end of the current semester.

Article 5: These regulations shall be announced and take effect upon approval by the Administrative Meeting. The same procedure applies to any amendments.
