校內申請 Application

交換學生種類：

• 交換學生：通過本校向姊妹校提名申請交換，僅需繳交本校學費。
• 訪問學生：通過本校向姊妹校提名申請交換，需繳兩校之學費。
• UMAP 亞太大學交流會：循UMAP管道經統一甄選申請赴外交換。

國合組申請及初選之流程：

⊕ 線上提交申請表：每學年第一學期末於學校及國際處公告系統公告申請時間及連結。

⊕ 線上申請表單填寫完畢後，請備妥以下資料，繳交至國際處：
• 語言測驗合格證明文件
• 其他有利審查之資料
• 系所同意書
• 家長保證書 或 機關同意書 (在職生)

**以上步驟皆完成後才算是完成國合組徵選之姊妹校校內初選申請流程。申請之人數超過姊妹校所提供之名額，將以面試的方式進行甄選。如需進行面試，將會個別通知。

**如不幸落選，需要以訪問學生之身分赴外或更換學校，請主動告知。

Type of Exchange Student:

• Exchange Students: nominated by school and admitted by partner universities. Only CCU tuition fees needed.
• Visiting Students: nominated by school and admitted by partner universities. Tuition fees from both needed.
• University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific (UMAP): exchange program offered by UMAP member institutions.

Application Process:

⊕ Submit the online application forms: Application opens at the end of the Fall semester.

⊕ Submit the following documents to the Office of International Affairs:
• proof of language proficiency
• other information favorable to review
• Departmental Consent Form
• Parent Declaration Form: working students shall attach a letter of consent from the agency

**All the above steps must be completed for the application. The number of students for the exchange program is determined by the partnered universities. Interviews may be conducted to determine the nominated students if there are more applicants than those offered. Students will be notified for interviews if needed.

**Students could apply to be visiting students or re-apply to other partnered universities if their applications are turned down.
