即日起至2026年2月28日（星期六）止。
二、申請資格：
- 於本校學籍身份別為港澳生、僑生、外國學生者。
- 113學年度第2學期入學（2025年春季班）者。
- 未領取教育部台灣獎學金、外交部台灣獎學金、僑委會頂尖及傑出僑生入學獎學金、僑委會與本校聯名獎學金者。
三、獎助條件及金額：
- 港澳生、僑生：
(1). 每學期操性成績皆80分以上，113-2和114-1平均成績80分以上且班級平均排名前（含）10%者，可獲得114-2和115-1之100%與學雜費同等金額之獎助學金。
(2). 每學期操性成績皆80分以上，113-2和114-1平均成績70分以上且班級平均排名前（含）30%者，可獲得114-2和115-1新臺幣2萬元獎助學金（上下學期各核發1萬元）。
- 外國學生：
(1). 每學期操性成績皆80分以上，113-2和114-1平均成績75分以上且班級平均排名前（含）15%者，可獲得114-2和115-1之100%與學雜費同等金額之獎助學金。
(2). 每學期操性成績皆80分以上，113-2和114-1平均成績65分以上且班級平均排名前（含）35%者，可獲得114-2和115-1新臺幣2萬元獎助學金（上下學期各核發1萬元）。

五、注意事項：
- 未於規定時間內提出申請者，不予受理。
- 為配合校內成績、排名可查詢之時程，預計於2026年4月經獎學金審查會議審查並公告獲獎名單，名單將公告在國際處網站：https://oima.pccu.edu.tw/。
- 獲獎學生須先完成114-2和115-1之繳費註冊，始得請領獎助學金。
- 排名百分比之計算，為113-2名次/全班人數之百分比，和114-1名次/全班人數之百分比，相加除以2。

- Eligibility:
Applicants must meet all the following conditions:
- Be currently enrolled at the university as a Hong Kong/Macau student, Overseas Compatriot student, or international student.
- Have been admitted in the Spring Semester of the 2025 academic year (Academic Year 113, 2nd semester).
- Must not be receiving any of the following scholarships:
- Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarship
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taiwan Scholarship
- Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Top or Outstanding Overseas Compatriot Students Scholarship
- Joint scholarships co-sponsored by the OCAC and CCU
- Scholarship Conditions and Amounts:
- For Hong Kong-Macau and Overseas Compatriot Students:
- If the student has conduct grades of 80 or above in each semester and an average academic score of 80 or above across both semesters of 113-2 and 114-1, ranking within the top 10% of their class, they are eligible for a full scholarship equivalent to the total tuition and miscellaneous fees for both semesters of 114-2 and 115-1.
- If the student has conduct grades of 80 or above in each semester and an average academic score of 70 or above across both semesters of 113-2 and 114-1, ranking within the top 30%, they are eligible for a NTD 20,000 scholarship (NTD 10,000 per semester in 114-2 and 115-1).
- For International Students:
- If the student has conduct grades of 80 or above in each semester and an average academic score of 75 or above across both semesters of 113-2 and 114-1, ranking within the top 15%, they are eligible for a full scholarship equivalent to the total tuition and miscellaneous fees for both semesters of 114-2 and 115-1.
- If the student has conduct grades of 80 or above in each semester and an average academic score of 65 or above across both semesters of 113-2 and 114-1, ranking within the top 35%, they are eligible for a NTD 20,000 scholarship (NTD 10,000 per semester in 114-2 and 115-1).

- Important Notes:
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- To align with the schedule for accessing academic grades and class rankings, the scholarship recipients are expected to be reviewed and announced by the Scholarship Review Committee in April 2026. The list of recipients will be announced on OIMA website: https://oima.pccu.edu.tw/.
- Recipients must complete registration and tuition payment for both semesters of 114-2 and 115-1 before claiming the scholarship funds.
- The ranking percentile is calculated by adding (rank/ total number of students in class) for semester 113-2 and semester 114-1, then dividing the sum by 2.
