一、依據中國文化大學學生宿舍管理規則第八條第五項規則:住宿生配合寒、暑假時程辦理宿舍清館,同時依行政單位作業需求適時調整床位。
二、對象:
(一)本國生&下學期(112.1)非續住境外生
1.時間: 112年6月20日上午10時
2.配合事項:請於清實施日前依規定將所屬寢室物品空完畢，未於規定時間內清空者均視為廢棄物處理，住宿生不得異議。
(二)下學期(112.1)續住境外生
l.時間: 112年月26日上午10時
2.配合事項:請於112年06月24日至26日將現住之寢室物品清空並搬至下學期重新安排之寢室,耒於規定時間內清空者，均視為廢棄物處理，住宿生不得異議。( 6月23日至6月25日總務處清潔打掃期間)
三、注意事項·
(一)完成上述清理作業,經宿舍輔導員(或宿舍自治幹部)檢查通過,且無毀損情事者,始得辦理離宿及申請退還保證金。
(二)境外生返國班機時問務請配合以上作業時問,違反規定者將依規定除勒令退宿並不得再申請住宿外, 行為嚴重者,依本校學生獎懲規則議處。

1.According to article 8.5 of CCU Student Dormitory Regulation, students are required to clean up the dormitory before winter and summer breaks start, and accept university policies of dorm allocation.
2.For local students & international students who are not staying at the dormitory for next semester(112.1):
(1)Check-out time: 10 a.m. 20 June, 2023.
(2)Students have to pack all the belongings and clean up the dormitory before the check-out time. For those who fail to clean up on time, the belongings will be processed as garbage. Appeals are not acceptable.
3.For international students who have applied for dormitory for next semester(112.1):
(1)Check-out time: 10 a.m. 26 June, 2023.
(2)Students have to clean up and move to their accommodation for next semester from 24th-26th June, 2023, For those who fail to clean up on time, the belongings will be processed as garbage. Appeals are not acceptable. (the school will clean the rooms on 23 th-25th June )
4.Notice
(l)Students are able to collect the deposit when checking-out after the dormitory managers confirmed that they did not do any damage to the dormitory rooms.
(2)International students are suggested keeping the above matters in mind when booking their outbound flight tickets. According to University Regulations, those who violate CCU Student Dormitory Regulation will be expelled from dormitory and cannot apply for dormitory again.
