交換學生種類

交換學生 通過本校向簽訂交換生協議之姊妹校提名申請赴外交換,符合資格者,僅需繳交本校學費。
訪問學生 通過本校向簽訂交換生協議之姊妹校提名申請交換,符合資格者,需繳兩校之學費。
UMAP 亞太大學交流會 參與UAMP交換計劃之學校(非本校姊妹校亦可),可循UMAP管道經統一甄選申請赴外交換。

承辦單位

國合組 提供赴外全英文及德文授課姊妹校交換諮詢、申請及甄選。
東亞組 提供赴日本交換諮詢。
大陸部 大陸及港澳地區赴外姊妹校交換諮詢、申請及甄選。
各語言及專業系所 提供各語言及專業赴外姊妹校交換資訊、申請及諮詢。

校內申請

本校交換學生申請赴外國姊妹校交換應具備以下資格:

  1. 大學部:應至少修業一年;轉學生、碩士生:應至少修業一學期。
  2. 無論何種身分,於申請至出國期間須為本校學生,皆不得為休學狀態。
  3. 申請者為役男身分,於出國期間緩徵屆滿,不得申請(詳下方役男出境及緩徵)。
  4. 應符合姊妹校規定之資格。
  5. 訪問生於繳交完本校學費及順利出國後,將予以雜費減免作為獎勵。

國合組申請及初選之流程

  1. 線上提交申請表
    每學年第一學期於學校及國際處公告系統公告申請時間及連結。
  1. 線上申請表單填寫完畢後,請備妥以下資料,繳交至國際處。
  • 歷年成績單(含排名)
  • 符合姊妹校要求之有效期限內該國語言測驗合格證明文件
  • 家長同意(保證)書
  • 護照影本
  • 本人之存摺影本
  1. 於國際處繳交資料之同時,領取並核對紙本報名表之內容,並取得系主任之簽章後,將表單繳交回國際處。
  • 以上步驟皆完成後才算是完成國合組徵選之姊妹校校內初選申請流程。
  • 申請之人數超過姊妹校所提供之名額,將以面試的方式進行甄選。
  • 如需進行面試,將會個別通知。
  • 同學需準備備審資料及一顆熱情的心。
  • 如不幸落選,需要以訪問學生之身分赴外或更換學校,請主動告知。
  • 國合組與每學期至少舉辦一場赴外交換生說明會,提供同學諮詢、申請及甄選資訊。

Exchange Students Students are nominated by our school and admitted by partner universities. Students need to pay the CCU tuition fees but not to the partner school.
Visiting Students Students are nominated by our school and admitted by partner universities. Students pay tuition fees to CCU and also to the partner school.

(UMAP)

Students apply through the UMAP for exchange programs offered by UMAP member institutions.

Application

Eligibility

  1. Undergraduate students must have studied in our school for at least a year. Transfer students and graduate students must have studied in our school for at least one semester.
  2. Students who apply for the exchange programs must be enrolled in CCU.
  3. Students who haven’t fulfilled military service must apply for delay of military service.
  4. Students must meet the qualifications set by the partner school.
  5. Visiting students who paid CCU tuition do not have to pay for the miscellaneous charge.

Application and selection process 

  1. Students complete and submit the online application forms.

The Office announces the schedule and posts the link to the application webpage at the beginning of the Fall semester.

  1. Applicants need to submit the following documents to the Office:
  • Full academic transcript (with class ranking)
  • Proof of Language Proficiency indicating qualification required by the partner schools
  • Parent declaration form
  • A copy of the passport
  • A copy of the bank book of the applicant
  1. The Office will issue an application completion form to the student after accepting all the needed documents. Students need to have the form signed by the director of the department they are studying in. Afterward, the signed form must be submitted to the Office.
  • All the above steps must be completed for the application.
  • The number of students for the exchange program is determined by the partner universities. Interviews may be conducted to determine the nominated students and if there are more applicants than those offered.
  • Students will be notified for interviews.
  • Students who are interviewed need to prepare the necessary documents and have a positive attitude.
  • Students could apply to be visiting students or change schools to re-apply if their applications are turned down.

The Office holds information session(s) for the exchange program every semester. Students who plan to participate could attend the sessions.
